Who needs this service? -------Homeowners selling their property, home buyers, contractors, property managers, real estate agents, and anyone preparing to re-occupy a vacant or recently repaired space. Why is this service important? -------Purchasing a home means inheriting everything that comes with it, including hidden water damage, mold, poor air quality, allergens, and more. Sellers benefit from identifying and disclosing issues early to avoid future liability. Vacant or long-closed properties often suffer from poor ventilation, leading to stale air, elevated humidity, and microbial growth. For contractors performing repairs in spaces with suspected environmental damage, testing confirms the area is safe for you and your crew before work begins. Where & How is the service performed? -------Inspections are conducted throughout the interior and exterior of the property, including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, crawl spaces, basements, attics, and mechanical areas. Using state-of-the-art infrared imaging and moisture detection technology, we locate hidden water intrusion without causing damage to the building. Advanced air quality tools provide live readings, and when mold is suspected, the latest air sampling technology captures a snapshot of airborne particles present at the time of inspection. What does the service include? -------A comprehensive interior and exterior walk-through, live moisture monitoring, infrared imaging, and sample collection when necessary. A full report with interpretations is provided to guide your next steps. If water damage is identified, a remediation plan is prepared for an independent remediation company. Once repairs are completed, we offer re-testing to confirm the space has been properly abated. When will results be available? -------Results may be available the same day, depending on your needs, sample types, and laboratory capacity. Remediation plans are generally available within 2–3 days of receiving laboratory results, though complexity of the findings may extend that timeline. Deposit/Booking/Cancellation Policy
Deposit policy ----To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. See deposit details below. Deposit amount ----A deposit of 50% of base price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Final bill amount is subject to change after initial inspection. Payment of Deposit ----Deposits can be paid via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, and Google pay (subject to transaction fee) Non-Refundable Nature of Deposits ----Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled on the day of the appointment or less than 24 hrs before the scheduled date. Changes to appointment ----In case of rescheduling, the deposit will remain valid and can be applied to your new date, provided you notify us at least 24hrs in advance. Final Payment ----The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment or a saved card on file will can be charged upon project completion (with client consent). Your deposit will automatically be deducted from the total (total price subject to change after initial inspection). Cancellation policy Cancellation Policy ----We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth process, please read our cancellation policy carefully. Notice of Cancellation ----If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with written notice at least a day before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fees ----Cancellations made more than 24hr before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. ----No-Shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment or less than 24hrs before the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling Policy ----If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please notify us at least 24hr before your original appointment. Your deposit will remain valid and can be applied to your new date. Emergency Cancellations ----We recognize that emergencies can occur. If you must cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Refund Process ----Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
