Our pre and post repair testing gives you the peace of mind of knowing the repaired space is truly safe to inhabit before you or anyone else steps back in. Where & How is the service performed? -------Testing is conducted throughout all known, and in some cases unknown, areas affected by contaminants or damage. This includes interior and exterior spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, as well as lesser-accessed areas like crawl spaces, basements, attics, and mechanical closets including water heater and HVAC areas. What does the service include? -------A comprehensive walk-through inspection of the property and affected areas, live instrument monitoring, and sample collection when necessary, conducted in two phases — pre-remediation and post-remediation. A full report with interpretations confirms whether the cleanup was completed correctly. If significant contamination levels remain after repairs, a remediation plan can be provided to an independent remediation company for further abatement. Additional testing and laboratory fees may apply. When will results be available? -------Results may be available the same day, depending on your needs, sample types, and laboratory capacity. Remediation plans are generally available within 2–3 days of receiving laboratory results, though the complexity of findings or the need for additional testing may extend that timeline. Deposit/Booking/Cancellation Policy
Deposit policy ----To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. See deposit details below. Deposit amount ----A deposit of 50% of base price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Final bill amount is subject to change after initial inspection. Payment of Deposit ----Deposits can be paid via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, and Google pay (subject to transaction fee) Non-Refundable Nature of Deposits ----Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled on the day of the appointment or less than 24 hrs before the scheduled date. Changes to appointment ----In case of rescheduling, the deposit will remain valid and can be applied to your new date, provided you notify us at least 24hrs in advance. Final Payment ----The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment or a saved card on file will can be charged upon project completion (with client consent). Your deposit will automatically be deducted from the total (total price subject to change after initial inspection). Cancellation policy Cancellation Policy ----We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth process, please read our cancellation policy carefully. Notice of Cancellation ----If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with written notice at least a day before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fees ----Cancellations made more than 24hr before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. ----No-Shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment or less than 24hrs before the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling Policy ----If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please notify us at least 24hr before your original appointment. Your deposit will remain valid and can be applied to your new date. Emergency Cancellations ----We recognize that emergencies can occur. If you must cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Refund Process ----Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
