Why is this service important? ---The air inside our homes and buildings can contain pollutants, allergens, and contaminants that are invisible to the naked eye. Poor indoor air quality can have serious long-term effects on your health and comfort, and can worsen existing conditions such as asthma, allergies, and respiratory illness. Since most people spend the majority of their time indoors, ensuring clean air is essential to overall well-being. Where is the service performed? ---Testing is conducted throughout the interior of the property, including common living spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as lesser-accessed areas like crawl spaces, basements, attics, and mechanical closets (e.g., water heater and HVAC areas) where air quality issues often originate. What does the service include? ---A comprehensive walk-through inspection, live air quality monitoring, pressurization and ventilation assessments, and sample collection when necessary. If samples are collected, a full report interpretation is provided to help you understand the findings and next steps. When will results be available? ---Results may be available the same day, depending on your specific needs, the type of samples collected, and current laboratory capacity. Deposit/Booking/Cancellation Policy
Deposit policy ----To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. See deposit details below. Deposit amount ----A deposit of 50% of base price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Final bill amount is subject to change after initial inspection. Payment of Deposit ----Deposits can be paid via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, and Google pay (subject to transaction fee) Non-Refundable Nature of Deposits ----Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled on the day of the appointment or less than 24 hrs before the scheduled date. Changes to appointment ----In case of rescheduling, the deposit will remain valid and can be applied to your new date, provided you notify us at least 24hrs in advance. Final Payment ----The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment or a saved card on file will can be charged upon project completion (with client consent). Your deposit will automatically be deducted from the total (total price subject to change after initial inspection). Cancellation policy Cancellation Policy ----We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth process, please read our cancellation policy carefully. Notice of Cancellation ----If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with written notice at least a day before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fees ----Cancellations made more than 24hr before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. ----No-Shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment or less than 24hrs before the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit and are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling Policy ----If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please notify us at least 24hr before your original appointment. Your deposit will remain valid and can be applied to your new date. Emergency Cancellations ----We recognize that emergencies can occur. If you must cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Refund Process ----Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
